3 And Jesus answered and[a] said to the legal experts and Pharisees, saying, “Is it permitted to heal on the Sabbath, or not?” 4 But they remained silent. And he took hold of him[b] and[c] healed him, and sent him[d] away. 5 And he said to them, “Who among you, if your[e] son or your ox falls into a well[f] on the day of the Sabbath, will not immediately pull him out?”
